Carolina Martinez, MC
Mental Health Therapist
Throughout my career I have had the opportunity to work with clients of all ages, at different life stages, and from a multiplicity of countries. I graduated with a master’s in counselling from McGill University.
I believe in a holistic comprehension of the human being, in which our biological and psychological parts are integrated. I would love to have the opportunity to be part of your journey; I am able to provide you with therapy in English, Spanish, or French. I am comfortable working with clients both in person and virtually.
I work from a holistic, client-centered, and strengths-based perspective. I accommodate your unique needs using evidence-based practices and treatments such as CBT, Emotion Focused Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, trauma-informed practices, art therapy and somatic therapy and more.
I have worked with clients through anxiety, depression, self-harm, stress, low self-esteem, loneliness, homesickness, separation, self-development, ADHD, divorce, parenting, bullying, grief, workplace challenges, trauma, OCD, anorexia, depersonalization symptoms amongst others.
As a therapist I put you at the center of my practice and will build a strong therapeutic relationship so that we have higher chances of success. I am excited to meet you and accompany you, as we figure out the best possible pathways for your healing journey.
